


1. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Eligibility
1.1. Clients can sign up to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program in a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia, as well as online at www.dior.com.au. To successfully sign up to the program, you must be an Australian resident. You will need to provide your email address and phone number (one email address can be linked to one account, only).
1.2. If you are a Dior Beauty staff member, you are not eligible to join the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
1.3. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to join the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
2. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Registration
2.1. To join the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program if you are new to Dior Beauty and have never shopped with us before, simply:
2.1.1. Sign up by clicking register at Dior Beauty online.
2.1.2. Or, visit your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia to create an account with us in-store.
2.2. If you are an existing customer, and have shopped with Dior Beauty before, please refer to section 5.2. for information on your membership status.
2.3. Joining the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program is free, and there are no membership fees.
3. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Benefits & Rewards
3.1. The benefits and rewards of the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program are contingent upon your loyalty membership status. The loyalty membership statuses consist of: Platinum, Gold, Silver, White.
3.2. The benefits and rewards of the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program are subject to change and may vary.
3.3. The current benefits and rewards of the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program are detailed in section 3.7. This table details the required spend and purchase frequency on eligible purchases in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia or online at dior.com.au, over a 12-month period, to meet the spend threshold and purchase frequency of each Dior Beauty Loyalty Program status. The required spend is in Australian dollars. Purchases must be made at least 1+ day apart to contribute towards purchase frequency. For example, purchases made on the same day will contribute towards a purchase frequency of 1. Purchases made on consecutive days will also contribute as a purchase frequency of 1.
3.4. Eligible purchases relate to the purchases of products in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia and online at dior.com.au. Eligible purchases exclude:
3.4.1. Gift cards.
3.4.2. Any booking or service fees.
3.5. Once you have reached a Dior Beauty Loyalty membership status, you have 12-months to enjoy the benefits and rewards of your respective membership status. For example, if you accumulate $650 over 2 or more eligible purchases in a 12-month period, you will enjoy the benefits and rewards associated with the Silver membership tier for 12-months. If you accumulate $1,000 over 3 or more eligible purchases in a 12-month period, you will enjoy the benefits and rewards associated with the Gold membership tier for 12-months. If you accumulate $2,200 over 4 or more eligible purchases in a 12-month period, you will enjoy the benefits and rewards associated with the Platinum membership tier for 12-months.
3.6. Clients are eligible to receive a maximum of one Upgrade Gift at the point of upgrade. For example, if a client upgrades to a new tier, they may redeem one Upgrade Gift only. Clients are eligible to redeem their Upgrade Gift 4 days after they have received an email communication from Dior Beauty notifying them of their upgraded membership status. It may take up to 4 days for clients’ most recent purchase to be reflected in their Dior Beauty membership status. Confirmation of this membership status upgrade will be sent via email communication from Dior Beauty.
3.7. The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program benefit & reward table is detailed below.

3.7.1. Gifts
3.7.1.1. Platinum, Gold & Silver Upgrade Gifts are available for redemption exclusively in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia. Gift redemption is not available online at www.dior.com.au.
3.7.1.2. Membership upgrades will take up to 4-days following the clients’ most recent purchase. Upgraded clients will receive an email from Dior Beauty confirming their membership upgrade to invite them into a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to redeem their Upgrade Gift. Clients are only eligible to redeem their Upgrade Gift once they have received this email. Dior Beauty Consultants will ask for proof of this email communication when a client visits a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to redeem their Upgrade Gift.
3.7.1.3. The Upgrade Gift clients are eligible for will be contingent upon the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program status which calculates clients’ spend and number of purchases over the last 12-months.
3.7.1.4. The Platinum, Gold & Silver Exclusive Upgrade Gifts are subject to availability. Upgrade Gifts may vary and will be determined at Dior Beauty’s discretion.
3.7.1.5. Eligible clients are entitled to one Upgrade Gift, per tier, within a 12-month period. Clients may not redeem more than one Upgrade Gift, per tier, within a 12-month period.
3.7.1.6. Gifts are available for redemption for 1-month following the email communication inviting clients into store to collect their gift. Clients are not eligible to receive their gift outside of this 1-month period.
3.7.2. Birthday Gifts
3.7.2.1. Birthday Gifts are available for redemption exclusively in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia. Birthday Gift redemption is not available online at dior.com.au.
3.7.2.2. Birthday Gifts are available for redemption for 1-month following the email communication inviting clients into store to collect their gift. Clients are not eligible to redeem their Birthday Gift outside of this 1-month period.
3.7.2.3. An email will be sent to clients on their registered DOB, inviting them into a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to redeem their Birthday gift. This email communication will confirm whether clients are eligible for a Platinum or Gold Birthday gift.
3.7.2.4. Dior Beauty Consultants will ask for proof of this email communication when a client visits a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to redeem their Birthday Gift.
3.7.2.5. Birthday Gifts are only offered to clients in the Platinum & Gold membership tiers. The Birthday Gift that clients are eligible for will depend on their Dior Beauty Loyalty membership status, that calculates spend and number of purchases over the last 12-months.
3.7.2.6. The Platinum & Gold Birthday Gifts are subject to availability. The gifts may vary and will be determined at Dior Beauty’s discretion.
3.7.2.7. Eligible clients are entitled to one Birthday gift, per 12-month period, irrespective of any change or update made to DOB data collected online at dior.com.au, or in a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia.
3.7.3. Private Skin Treatment
3.7.3.1. The Private Skin Treatment is available for redemption exclusively in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia.
3.7.3.2. Eligible Platinum clients may redeem their Private Skin Treatment at any point throughout the year, however clients must contact their preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia to make a booking. Bookings are subject to availability.
3.7.3.3. The Private Skin Treatment includes either a 20-minute Skin Treatment, or a Private Facial Event.
3.7.3.4. Eligible Platinum clients are entitled to one Private Skin Treatment per 12-month period.
3.7.4. Total Look Makeover
3.7.4.1. The Total Look Makeover is available for redemption exclusively in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques in Australia.
3.7.4.2. Eligible Platinum and Gold clients may redeem their Total Look Makeover at any point throughout the year, however they must contact their preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia to make a booking. Bookings are subject to availability.
3.7.4.3. The Total Look Makeover includes a 45-minute Makeup application.
3.7.4.4. Eligible Platinum and Gold clients are entitled to one Total Look Makeover per 12-month period. Unless a client upgrades to Gold, and upgrades again to Platinum, within a 12-month period. In which case, the client will accrue two Total Look Makeovers associated with each status upgrade.
3.7.5. VIP Access to Brand Experiences
3.7.5.1. Invitations to brand experiences offered to eligible Platinum clients are subject to discretion, availability, and location.
3.7.6. VIP Access to In-Store Events
3.7.6.1. Invitations to in-store events offered to eligible Platinum, Gold & Silver clients are subject to discretion, availability, and location.
3.7.7. Priority Access to New & Limited-Edition Products
3.7.7.1. Access to new & limited-edition products will be shared via email communication, or postal mail communication, or SMS/MMS communication, or phone call. These communications are contingent upon clients’ opt-in preferences, and the contact data provided upon registration at dior.com.au, or in a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia.
3.7.7.2. To make any change to contact data or client profile information, clients should visit their preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia, or contact Dior Beauty Customer Service via the details below.

4. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Benefit & Reward Redemption
5. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Membership Status Information
5.1. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status calculation
5.1.1. The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status calculation is contingent upon client spend and the number of eligible purchases, over a 12-month period. Purchases may take up to 4 days to be reflected in your Dior Beauty Loyalty membership status.
5.1.2. This status calculation is automated daily. This means that, each day, your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program spend will include purchases made online at dior.com.au and in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques, within 4 days of your most recent purchase. You may have to wait up to 4 days for your most recent purchase to be reflected in your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program status.
5.1.3. Each client will have a Dior Beauty Loyalty Program anniversary date. This refers to the date 12-months after the membership status was obtained. This membership status must be maintained through purchasing eligible Dior Beauty products in order to continue to receive the associated rewards and benefits, as detailed in section 3.7.
5.1.4. Clients may login to their Dior Beauty account online at https://shop.dior.com.au/account/login to check their Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership information at their discretion. The purchase history online will exclusively display online purchases. To view your purchase history including purchases made in Boutiques, please visit your preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique.
5.2. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership for existing clients
5.2.1. At the point of the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program launch, any existing clients who have made a purchase in the last 12-month period will automatically be given a membership status. Existing clients do not need to join or sign up to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program. This will be done automatically. Please refer to section 5.1. for more information on Loyalty Program status calculation.
5.2.2. Any client who is awarded a membership status at the point of launch is entitled to the benefits and rewards associated with their membership status, as detailed in section 3.7. for 12 months following the launch date of the program.
5.3. Accessing Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership information
5.3.1. Clients can access and view their Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership information by logging into their Dior Beauty account online at https://shop.dior.com.au/account/login.
5.3.2. Clients who have registered or shopped in-store can create their Dior Beauty account online by visiting https://shop.dior.com.au/account/login. These clients can sign up as an existing customer, verify their contact information, and create a password to activate their online Dior Beauty account. The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership information will automatically be linked to this account, once activated.
5.3.3. Clients’ Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership information will also be shared via email communications.
5.3.4. Clients who have not opted-in to receive Dior Beauty email communications will not receive email invitations containing gift, reward, or benefit information. In order to receive these communications, clients must update their contact preferences by visiting their preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia, or contact Dior Beauty Customer Service via the details in Section 3.7.7.2.
6. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Membership & Marketing Communications
6.1.1. By joining the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, you provide express consent to receiving marketing communications from Dior regarding the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
6.1.2. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications will be sent to clients via email. If clients no longer wish to receive these communications, they should follow this link to unsubscribe, or visit their preferred Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique.
6.1.3. Unsubscribing to communications does not mean clients’ Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership will be terminated, it means clients will no longer receive Dior Beauty communications relating to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, and all other Marketing Communications. Clients should be mindful that by unsubscribing to these communications, they will not receive any information relating to their membership status, gift eligibility, or other related communications.
6.1.4. Clients who are opted-out of Marketing Communications will not be eligible to redeem any gifts detailed in section 3.7. as they will not have the email communication validating their gift eligibility, detailed in section 3.7.1.2. & 3.7.2.4.
If clients wish to terminate their Dior Beauty membership altogether, please refer to Section 8.
7. Privacy
7.1. In connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, Dior will collect, use and disclose personal information of each client participating in the program in order to provide the gifts, rewards and benefits provided and administer the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, including to undertake the activities set out in this section. This section should be read in conjunction with the Dior Privacy Policy generally. For more information on how your information is collected and stored as part of the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7.2. If a client does not provide all or any part of the personal information requested in connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, their participation within the program and administration of the gifts, rewards and benefits provided under the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program may be affected.
7.3. Dior collects personal information in connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program to:
7.3.1. Administer the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, including providing gifts, rewards and benefits to clients and maintain the status of your account;
7.3.2. Verify account holders identity to reduce fraud and misuse of an individuals account;
7.3.3. Distribute communications to account holders regarding the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
7.4. Personal information collected in connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program is generally collected directly from clients when interacting with Dior Beauty at a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique or when shopping online at dior.com.au.
7.5. Dior may disclose personal information collected in connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program to other Dior group companies and affiliated companies located in Australia and throughout the world in order to administer the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program. Such third-parties may be located in jurisdictions other than Australia.
7.6. By maintaining a Dior Beauty Loyalty Program account you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in connection with the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program as described throughout these Terms and Conditions.
8. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Membership Termination
