The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program is designed to reward clients for their Dior Beauty purchases. We offer premium & gifts, benefits & experiences that are exclusive to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program has four membership status tiers: White, Silver, Gold & Platinum.
Purchases made at www.dior.com.au and in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques online contribute to your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status. Purchases made in Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior do not contribute to your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership status.
1.2. Can anyone join the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program?

1.3. How do I sign up to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program?
If you are an existing Dior Beauty customer, there is no need to sign up. You will automatically be included in the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program.
If you are new to Dior Beauty, simply sign up to our email newsletter online at www.dior.com.au, or visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia.
To sign up to the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program, you must provide a unique email address and subscribe to email communications from us.

2. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Membership Tiers & Eligibility
2.1. How do the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership tiers work?
The Dior Beauty Loyalty Program has four membership tiers. Your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership tier is calculated based on the spend and number of purchases you have made online at www.dior.com.au, and/or in a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique.
Dior Beauty White Member
As a Dior Beauty White Member, we invite you into the world of Parfums Christian Dior. You will receive priority access to our newest creations, latest launches, and insight into our iconic products. We offer an exclusive Deluxe Miniature Sample upon your 2nd purchase with us.

2.2. How long will I be able to enjoy my Dior Beauty Loyalty Program rewards & benefits?
When you upgrade into a new Dior Beauty membership tier, you will have an anniversary date. This date refers to 12-months after your upgrade. From the point at which you upgrade into your new membership tier, up until your 12-month anniversary date, you will be able to enjoy the rewards & benefits associated with your membership tier. If you upgrade into a new tier, you will be given a new anniversary date, and you will enjoy the rewards & benefits associated with your upgraded membership tier for the following 12-months.
Upon your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program anniversary date, we will review your Dior Beauty spend and number of purchases and reassign your new membership tier based on this.
2.3. How can I find out what Dior Beauty membership tier I am in?
To find out your Dior Beauty membership tier, you can visit a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique in Australia, where one of our Beauty Consultants can assist you. 2.4. How is spend calculated for the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program
Your Dior Beauty Loyalty Program membership is calculated based on your spend and number of purchases over a 12-month period. Your 12-month spend is reviewed daily, so each purchase you make will contribute to your Dior Beauty membership status. Your most recent purchase may take up to 4 days to reflect in your Dior Beauty membership status. This is because online orders must be processed and shipped before they contribute to your Dior Beauty membership spend.
2.5. I have recently made a purchase, but my Dior Beauty membership status hasn’t updated. Why is this?
It will take up to 4 days for your most recent purchase to be reflected in your Dior Beauty membership status to ensure we have processed and shipped online orders. If you have any queries relating to your Dior Beauty membership status, please contact Dior Beauty Customer Service via the details below. If your recent purchase was made in your local Dior Boutique, the purchase will not be displayed online. 2.6. How will I know when I have upgraded to a new Dior Beauty membership tier?
If you have upgraded into a new Dior Beauty membership tier, you will receive an email from us 4 days after your most recent purchase. This email will confirm your new membership tier. You can also check your membership status online, or by visiting a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique.
3. Dior Beauty Loyalty Program Membership Gift, Rewards & Benefits
3.1. How do I redeem my Dior Beauty upgrade gift?
When you upgrade to a new Dior Beauty membership tier, you will receive an email from us 4 days after your most recent purchase that will confirm your new membership tier. If you are eligible for an upgrade gift, it will also include an invitation to visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift.
When you visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift, our Beauty Consultants will ask to see this email to help confirm your eligibility. You must visit a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift within one month of receiving this email. You won’t be eligible to collect your gift after this 1-month period.
You can collect your upgrade gift in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques. We don’t offer upgrade gift redemptions online at www.dior.com.au, or in any other Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior.
You are only eligible for one upgrade gift, per tier. For example, if you upgrade to Silver, you are only eligible to receive one Silver upgrade gift within a 12-month period. If you upgrade to Gold, you are only eligible to receive one Gold upgrade gift within a 12-month period. If you upgrade to Platinum, you are only eligible to receive on Platinum gift within a 12-month period.
3.2. What is my Dior Beauty upgrade gift?
When you upgrade into a new tier, the email that you receive from us will include the upgrade gift you are eligible for, if you are eligible. Please note, upgrade gifts are subject to availability, and they may vary.
3.3. How do I redeem my Dior Beauty Birthday gift?
On your date of birth, registered on your Dior Beauty account, you will receive an email from us wishing you a Happy Birthday. If you are eligible, it will also include an invitation to visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift.
When you visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift, our Beauty Consultants will ask to see this email to help confirm your eligibility. You must visit a Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift within one month of receiving this email. You won’t be eligible to collect your gift after this 1-month period.
You can collect your Birthday gift in Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutiques. We don’t offer Birthday gift redemptions online at www.dior.com.au, or in any other Department Stores or E-Concession Partners that stock Parfums Christian Dior.
If haven’t registered your date-of-birth on your Dior Beauty account, unfortunately we won’t have the information we need to offer you a Birthday gift, if you are eligible. If you are eligible, it will also include the gift you are eligible for, and an invitation to visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to collect your gift. Please note, Birthday gifts are subject to availability, and they may vary.
3.5. How do I redeem my Total Look Makeover?
To redeem your Total Look Makeover, please contact your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to make a booking. You can find the contact details of your preferred Dior & Fragrance Boutique here. Please note, bookings are subject to availability. Platinum & Gold clients are eligible for 1 Total Look Makeover in a 12-month period.
3.6. How do I redeem my Private Skin Treatment?
To redeem your Private Skin Treatment, please contact your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique to make a booking. You can find the contact details of your preferred Dior & Fragrance Boutique here. Please note, bookings are subject to availability. Platinum clients are eligible for 1 Private Skin Treatment in a 12-month period.

4.1. Why aren’t I receiving any Dior Beauty Loyalty Program emails or communications?
If you aren’t receiving Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications from us, please ensure you have subscribed to receive email communications. To check or update your contact preferences, please visit your preferred Fragrance & Beauty Boutique where one of our Beauty Consultants can assist you. 4.2. Will I be included in the Dior Beauty Loyalty Program if I don’t wish to receive emails or communications?
If you aren’t subscribed to our emails, unfortunately we won’t be able to communicate with you to offer you any rewards & benefits, and you won’t be eligible.
If you decide to update your contact preferences at any point and subscribe to our email communications, your 12-month spend will be reflected and you will automatically receive Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications moving forward.
We won’t backdate or resend any Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications that include rewards or benefits you were previously eligible for. You will only receive Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications from the point at which you update your contact preferences, onwards.
4.3. I don’t want to receive Dior Beauty Loyalty Program communications. How can I make this update?
